The BPAY receipt message the school will receive following the payment of a bill will only contain individual receipts for each family but will not contain any details regarding the individual charge items that the receipt may be for. The options for parents to communicate to the school the individual charge details of BPAY payments are as follows:
- Notify the school via phone of the details.
- Email the school spring.gully.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au of the details.
- Send a note along to the school office of the details.
- If statements are issued, please tick the items being paid for on the remittance slip and return the remittance slip to school. Please indicate on the remittance slip amount paid, date paid and your receipt number.
