School Photographs

Photo packages start from $19 for portrait photo only (18cm x 13cm) and family photographs (for students attending Spring Gully Primary School only) from $21.  We ask parents to contact the school if you require a preferred name to be published on your child's class photo. If you do not indicate a preferred name then the student's full birth certificate name will be used.  Please complete the slip below and return to school by the end of term if you wish to have a preferred name.  No responsibility will be taken for incorrect names if we have not been notified.  It is important that all students attend school on this day so they can be included in the class photo. All students are to be in school uniform for photos.
